Brewed in honour of the mascot of the Staffordshire Regimental Association and his handler. Colour Sergeant Watchman III a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, was a regular at our brewery tap until his death in 1998, but he never drank on duty. Currently holding the title is Sergeant Watchman VI. Top Dog is a traditional English stout hopped with Challenger.
